He also left me a bit further away from the airport drop-off point due to heavy traffic - I also accepted this. Although this meant I had to walk with a suitcase, from the middle of the road, in pouring down rain, towards where I should be. "
"Driver was late on the pickup and then the same driver was late on the return pickup by hours. It is clearly a matter of the driver leaving too late. Drivers should leave early and be there well in advance. On the return journey the driver simply parked up and didn’t come to us to help collect the luggage he just sat there and expected us to 1) realise it was him and 2) bring our suitcases to him rather than him getting out and meeting us, it seemed quite lazy. Poor punctuality / laziness isn’t acceptable. Additionally it was a struggle to get the driver to turn the air con off on the outbound journey, I had to tell him 3 times it was too cold and there was a bit of a power struggle."
